To register and use the h2online platform, users must meet all of the following requirements:
Under 18: Access to the h2online platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18. Age verification is carried out at registration and again when the first withdrawal is requested. Accounts created by minors will be closed immediately and balances frozen.
Registration on h2online requires accurate, complete, and up-to-date information: full legal name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, residential address, email, and mobile number. Providing false information or using a third party's details to create an account is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and notification to the relevant authorities.
Each user may hold only an active account at h2online, linked to your CPF. Duplicate accounts identified by the platform will be closed without prior notice. Bonus balances on duplicate accounts will be automatically canceled, and the real-money balance will be subject to review. If you have lost access to your account, contact support before attempting to create a new one.
You are fully responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all access to your h2online account. Do not share your credentials with anyone. h2online will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify support.
Your h2online account is strictly for personal use. Using your account to place bets on behalf of others, acting as an agent for other users, or participating in coordinated betting schemes is prohibited. The platform monitors betting patterns and may close accounts that show behavior inconsistent with legitimate individual use.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through support. h2online may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, use of automated betting software, provision of false information during registration, or failure to comply with responsible gambling policies.
H2online accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in BRL (R$):
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction and per period may vary depending on the chosen method and the user's VIP level. Limits are displayed on the deposit panel before each transaction is confirmed.
Important: Only deposits made using payment methods linked to the account holder's CPF are accepted. Third-party deposits will be declined and returned to their source. h2online reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method.
The real money balance can be used for Sports Betting, live casino games, poker, slots, crash games, and all other available modes on the platform. The balance has no expiration date as long as the account remains active and has not been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Withdrawals on h2online are processed exclusively in BRL (R$) via Pix, to the key registered under the account holder's CPF. We do not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, third-party digital wallets, or any method other than the Pix key linked to the registered CPF.
Pix withdrawals are processed within average 8 minutes for regular accounts after the request and security verification. VIP Program members at the Gold, Diamond, and Black levels receive priority processing, with an even shorter average turnaround. Withdrawals requested during peak-volume periods may take up to 24 hours in exceptional cases.
The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL) per transaction. Maximum daily and monthly limits vary based on the user's VIP level and are displayed on the withdrawal panel. Withdrawals above certain amounts are subject to additional identity verification, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulatory requirements.
The first withdrawal from any account requires full identity verification: a government-issued photo ID (RG or CNH), proof of address issued within the last 3 months, and a selfie holding the document. This process is required by regulation and is typically completed within 24 hours of document submission.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings generated from the bonus balance — after the rollover requirements have been met — can be transferred to the real balance and then withdrawn.
A bet is considered confirmed and valid only after the confirmation message with the ticket code is displayed on the h2online platform. The wagered amount is deducted from the user's balance at the moment of confirmation. Bets not confirmed due to technical or connection failures are not considered valid.
The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that ticket. Subsequent odds changes do not affect already-confirmed bets. Results are settled based on official information provided by the organizations responsible for each event (CBF, CONMEBOL, UFC, etc.).
If an event is canceled before it starts, bets will be voided and the amount returned to the user's balance. If an event is postponed and not held within 24 hours after the original scheduled time, those bets will also be voided. For live bets, cancellation during the event follows the specific rules of the sport and the elapsed match time.
H2online reserves the right to void confirmed bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical or operational error — for example, odds of 100.00 on a heavy favorite. In such cases, the user will be notified and the wagered amount refunded in full to the account balance.
Accumulator bets combine the odds of multiple selections. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. If a selection within an accumulator is voided, its odds are replaced by 1.00 in the ticket calculation. Accumulator bets combining selections from the same match may be restricted at h2online's discretion.
Live bets on h2online are accepted while the specific market remains open during the event. The platform may temporarily suspend bet acceptance during periods of high uncertainty — such as after a goal, red card, or serious injury — until the odds are recalibrated. This temporary suspension is a normal part of in-play betting and does not represent a platform failure.
In live betting, odds change in real time. When a user selects an odd and confirms, h2online holds that value for a few seconds. If a significant odds change occurs during that window, the system may present the new odd for re-confirmation — or accept it automatically based on the user's preference as configured in the bet slip.
Cash out is available on selected events, as indicated on the platform. The cash out value is calculated by h2online based on the odds in effect at the time of activation and may be lower, equal to, or higher than the original stake. The decision to activate cash out is entirely the user's and is irreversible once confirmed. Partial cash out allows you to close a portion of the bet while keeping the remainder active until the final result of the event.
Bonuses offered by h2online — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and cashback — are subject to specific conditions published alongside each offer. By accepting a bonus, the user agrees to the detailed terms of that promotion.
Every bonus carries a rollover requirement — the amount that must be wagered before any winnings generated from the bonus can be transferred to the real balance. The typical rollover ranges from 5x to 30x depending on the promotion type, and is clearly stated in each offer's terms and conditions. Bets with odds below 1.50 generally do not count toward completing the rollover.
Bonus balance has an expiration date defined in the offer — typically between 7 and 30 days from the credit date. Unused bonus balance that expires within that period is automatically cancelled with no right to compensation.
H2online monitors bonus usage to detect bets that violate promotional terms or constitute bonus abuse. Users who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or who employ betting strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements artificially, will have their bonuses cancelled and accounts closed.
H2online offers live casino games, slots, poker, crash games, and other electronic games operated by licensed providers. All games use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of the live casino, real dealers streamed in real time.
Each game has a return-to-player (RTP) percentage defined by the provider, available in the game's own information section. RTP represents the expected long-term return percentage and does not guarantee individual results in specific sessions. Short-term outcomes in casino games are inherently random.
The minimum and maximum bet for each game is set by the provider and displayed in the game interface. Limits may vary between versions of the same game and can be adjusted for VIP members. Users should check the limits before starting a session.
H2online has active fraud and abuse detection systems in place. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities:
H2online may temporarily hold withdrawals while a fraud investigation is ongoing. If the investigation confirms fraudulent conduct, the balance may be permanently blocked and the case referred to COAF (Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras) and other competent authorities.
H2online processes all users' personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Law — LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for: account management, bet and payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service-related communications.
H2online does not sell users' personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only when required by law, by regulatory authorities, or with service providers directly involved in operating the platform, always under confidentiality agreements.
Users have the right to request at any time: access to their own data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of data not required by law, and data portability. These requests must be submitted through h2online support. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

H2online is not liable for financial losses resulting from bets placed on the platform. Sports betting and casino games involve real financial risk — you may lose the amount wagered and should only bet what you can afford to lose without affecting your personal or family finances.
H2online does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability. Scheduled maintenance or technical incidents may cause temporary downtime. In the event that live bets are affected by a platform technical failure, h2online will assess each situation individually based on system records.
H2online's maximum liability for any individual user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
H2online may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new products, or process improvements. Material changes will be communicated to the user via the registered email address and/or an in-platform notification with a minimum advance notice of 7 days before taking effect.
The most current version of these Terms is always available on this page, with the last updated date shown. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account without penalty before the effective date of that change.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly through h2online support will be submitted to the Courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, waiving any other jurisdiction.
